Beginner's Ashtanga 8-Week Course
This 8-week course will give students a strong foundation in the Ashtanga
Primary Series. Ashtanga is one of the more rigorous styles of yoga, though
modifications are offered for most poses. The Primary Series is designed to
give the student a wide variety of poses that complement each other, including
seated, standing, and reclined poses, forward bends, backbends, and twists.
Each week of the course will build upon what has been taught in previous weeks.
Cost is $99 if paid by
Thursday 2/25 then $120 after.
