Monday & Wednesday at 10:30 AM
for 45 minutes with a small group of women your age. Learn to lift weights
for toning and strengthening. We focus on legs and hips, upper arms, and
midsection. Class is designed for all levels. If you are a beginner,
you will not hold up someone else. Circuits are set up individually so you
can work at your own pace. Ready to push yourself? You can do that
in this class, too. We have a wonderful group of supportive women.
