High Intensity Training
Come take this High Intensity weight loss challenge. We meet five days every
week with each days focus on different parts of the body.
Monday - Chest and Shoulders
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Back, arms and abs
Thursday- A yoga class not for the feint of heart
Saturday - Full body outdoor workout at Hoover that will have you not liking
stairs anymore (7:45)
