I fell in love with yoga in 1998. After delving deeper into my practice, I realized I wanted to teach. I began my teaching journey in 2004 with YogaFit. Along with my teacher training, I began teaching for YogaFit at their studio in Hermosa Beach, CA. After moving to Columbus in 2005, I have been blessed to find my teaching career blossoming in various locations through out the city. I am continuing my teacher training and working towards my goal of the 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification. Besides teaching yoga, I am also a musician and I teach piano.
