I began practicing at The Yoga Factory (then called Positive Postures) in June 2001.
Completed my teacher training in Dec. 2006 at It's Yoga with Laurel Hodory. 
I'm an RYT-200, registered with Yoga Alliance, and working on my RYT-500 level certification.
"Off the mat" I'm a professional organizer (Organizing Matters!) and work part-time in the English as a Second Language Office in the Columbus City Schools. 
I have two dogs, Gryphon and Bogie, who practice "d-oga" daily, mostly Upward Facing and Downward Facing Dog, although they're pretty good at Savasana, too!
