I have been
practicing Ashtanga yoga since 2003, and teaching since 2008. I
completed my teacher training in 2009 with Martha Marcom at Yoga on
High.
I have found my yoga practice gives me strength, balance, and
flexibility that I can apply to many other areas of my life. It
also helps to keep me centered and grounded. I greatly enjoy
teaching as a way of passing on what I have learned, and as a way of
being of service in the world.
My other interests include music (listening and playing), biking,
and heart-centered, transformational men's work.
