Hi, I’m Rachel. I live in Lewis Center with my 2 sons, my husband, and dog. I hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas Medical School, but I’ve taken the last few years off to raise my boys. I grew up in Batavia, NY (near Buffalo), and earned my BS in pharmacy at SUNY at Buffalo. My husband and I met in college and we have moved around several times for his work. We moved to Columbus 5 years ago this November when he started working for Abercrombie & Fitch
I have practiced yoga on and off for several years but since finding Ashtanga yoga I have made it a regular part of my lifestyle. My practice gives me energy and helps me maintain balance in my life.
