schedule.

Hatha 1 hour 15 minutes
Vinyasa 1 hour 30 minutes
Ashtanga 1 hour 30 minutes
Pilates 45 minutes
Group Strength Training 45 minutes
Please try to
arrive at least 5 minutes early to prepare for class. Classes
are held in a warm environment 74 to 80 degrees. Parking
is available on the Yoga Factory side of the street or in the lot
behind the studio.
Wear comfortable clothing
for yoga. Oversized
shirts and pants are not the best option for yoga. Remove all
jewelry before class.
As a courtesy to your fellow yogis, please
refrain from wearing strong fragrances.
Please bring your personal yoga mat and towel to class
if you have them. If not, mats provided.
Classes begin on time. Please arrive
a little early. If class is still underway, please try to
remain as quiet as possible.
Leaving during savasana is not
acceptable. If you must leave early, please set up
at the rear of the class.
Try to avoid eating at least two hours
before class - practicing on a full stomach can interfere with your
breathing and blood flow.
Hydrate before and after class, not during. Please no gum chewing in class.
Turn off all cell phones and pagers before
class. (We're listening to our inner voices.)
