Covid Safety Protocol

Health & Safety for our students and instructors is our top priority. Please read the following information on The Yoga & Fitness Factory's guidelines for a safer visit.

*Take your temperature the day of class when possible.  If you are feeling poorly please cancel your reservation and stay home.

*Remain in your vehicle until 15 minutes prior to class.

*The door to the street is exit only.  The double door in back is entrance only.

*As a courtesy to our staff and guests, we all must arrive with a face coverings in place.  Face coverings can be removed once you're settled on your mat.

*While waiting for the latest updated guidelines from the DCD, at this time we cannot provide studio mats, blocks, straps, bolsters or blankets. However you may bring your own to class.

*When you arrive the use of hand sanitizer provided is required. If you prefer hand washing, please do so before entering the yoga room. All multi touch surfaces are sanitized before, during and after classes.

*Leave extra clothing (jackets, sweatshirts etc.) in your vehicle.

*After removing your shoes, move into the studio and place your mat within one of the marked, reserved areas.  After you settle in, you may then remove your face covering, breathe and enjoy your practice.  You may NOT practice while wearing a mask.  This could be dangerous to your health and is NOT recommended by health professionals.

*When class is over, replace face coverings before rolling your mat and leaving the yoga room.

*At this time we are unable to provide a "lost and Lonely" cubby for forgotten items. PLEASE remember to take belongings with you. Left items must be discarded after each class.

*Cancelation Policy:  Please cancel no later than 2 hours prior to class start time.  With limited spaces available many students are on a wait list.  Please be kind and cancel asap.  You will be charged for a "no show" class reservation.

*Water dispensers have been removed from the foyer.  The CDC recommends we remove these multi touch machines for the time being.  You're welcome to bring your own.

Thank you for your patience, thoughtfullness and understanding.  Stay Well!!
