Join us for a unique and powerful 200hr yoga teacher training designed to deepen your personal practice and illuminate the teacher within. Through this program you will become well versed in several different styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Hatha, Power, Kundalini and Yin yoga. We will work together in a collaborative environment, utilizing a socratic method of learning to allow each participant to shine in their own unique way. Lasting lifelong connections will develop over the course of these 8 months we share together and this teacher training community will be an endless well of support as you move forward with your certification.

This training will infuse each student with the knowledge and skills to teach yoga to all populations from a place of deep-rooted knowledge and authenticity. Our intention is to guide you on your path as both a student and a teacher. You will learn, study and become comfortable with the ancient roots of yoga and the philosophies behind this extraordinary pathway to healing.
