Vinyasa with Mary Donovan
Wednesdays at
6:30 PM
Vinyasa Yoga is a
flowing practice that builds strength,
flexibility, and a deeper understanding
of self. Students explore variations on
familiar standing and seated poses, as
well as inversions, backbends, and arm
balances. Poses may be held for longer
periods of time and modifications allow
students to participate at an
appropriate level for them. Some
experience with yoga helpful. Ideal for
Ashtangis seeking variety in a flowing
practice.
Pilates
Wednesdays at 8:15 PM
Fridays at 10:30 AM

Mondays and Thursdays with
Lori Fannin
One of our most
popular classes! This class is not
only for those new to yoga, but also for
anyone at any level that wants to get
back to basics. This class will help in
combining the mind, body and spirit
through various poses linked together by
the breath. This enables the body to
reach a state of relaxation. We will
also focus on alignment to help gain
strength and flexibility.
Yoga for Beginners is ongoing. You
may join the class any time.
